Kasi Ganteng...!
Since my sister was busy with her diet and slimming program, I feel that I should do the same thing as my age is getting nearly to 38...huhuhuhu, n previously I always wear blouse size S or even XS n nowdays is "M" size...so its time to change my lifestyle now! Eating habits...I guess I have no problem on that as I was too busy to enjoy food (hehehhehe...normaly I take a meal per day for lunch) I always skip dinner n have very light breakfast. But still tak kurus....huhuhu
I was thinking to take a slimming program too at Slim World but for the second thought why not I do exercise at gym....hehehehhe. N guess what..yesterday I juz sign up to be a member at Fitness First at The Curve.
This morning at 7am I went to the gym as I have appoinment with my personal trainer to do exercise....My first thought it was easy as I was active in sports during teenager and for last 2 years playing badminton n tennis. But guess what...after doing warm up and toning session with 6 machine, the last part doing stepper rasa mau pisan.... itu pun aku ngelat ngan trainer aku...dia letak 20 mins, aku 5 min dah berenti....tak larat.. penatnya cam panjat gunung, rasa nak muntah pun ada....huhuhuhu..kira tak fitlah aku ni...
Kat changing room tu aku rasa taubat nak jejak kaki kat sini lagi...
Tapi bila petang, herannya badan aku tak delah nak rasa sakit2 ke sengal ke....walaupun masa buat exercise tu punyalah seksa menahan sakit bila otot menegang...dan pulak tu teringin pulak nak join kelas Body Jam n Body Stepper..tapi disebabkan malu tak de kawan nak pi kelas tu terpaksa dicancelkan...huhuhu
Esok nak pergi lagi tapi kalu pergi kena eercise sendiri...tu yg malu tu... Next appoinment Rabu 7am juga...Syok buat pagi2 tak ramai orang.

Akak..alognrasa 38 tu muda lagi. Tapi kalau nak sihat takde salahnya bersenam. Diet tu no 2.
